Your Questions Answered

How do we book?
Please contact us to check your date and then make a booking.  Once your date is confirmed, we will send you a booking form asking for a non-refundable deposit of £250. Your deposit will secure your booking. We will then arrange a consultation to say hello and to find out more about you both and your special day.  Final payment is not required until six weeks prior to your wedding.

What areas do you cover?
We are based in Verwood, Dorset and work throughout the South of England. Travelling costs are included within a 30 mile radius from Wimborne.  Minimal travelling/accommodation costs will apply if your wedding is out of this area.

Wedding film prices?
We have created three wedding film packages including a Highlights Film, Short Film and Full Length Film. Please tell us if you have specific requirements and would like us to create a bespoke package for you. We may be able to offer a discounted rate for last minute, week day or out of season weddings. We are confident we can create a beautiful film at a competitive price.

What music do you use?
We only use royalty free music from specialist licensed music providers.  We carefully handpick music to compliment your beautiful film. This allows you to share your wedding film on-line and with family and friends. Please see below some of the music suppliers that we use.

How long will it take to receive our beautiful film?
We spend one to three weeks editing your film, with the final version available twelve to sixteen weeks from your wedding date.

Do you have insurance?
Our company insurance includes the following:
– Professional Indemnity – £100,000
– Public and Products Liability – £5,000.000

Can we have the raw unedited footage?
This is not a service we offer.  We spend a very long time going through all of your footage to ensure sure we have all the very best bits to include in your beautiful film.

Will you require a meal on the day?
We really appreciate a hot meal as it is a very busy day for us, with often no time for a break. A meal in the bar is usually arranged with the venue in advance.

Do you film discreetly?
We aim to be as unobtrusive as possible when filming. We tend to let the photographer lead the wedding party where required.

How will we receive our beautiful film?
You will receive your film on first, here you can share it with friends and family and post online. You will also receive a copy of your film on a HD USB stick so that you have a safe backup version.
